DAY 1: Nature and Art

Majang Lake Suspension Bridge

Majang Lake Suspension Bridge is a wonderful place to enjoy nature, with the lake and mountains surrounding it. Enjoy the scenic views from the observatory and feel the thrill of walking over the reinforced glass section of the bridge. After crossing the bridge, take a leisurely stroll along the 3.6 km lakeside deck trail.

Heyri Barrier-Free Sunset Trail

Starting from Gate 7 of Heyri Art Village, this 0.7 km wooden deck trail is easy for everyone to walk. Reach the observatory at the top to enjoy the stunning view of the Imjin River, especially beautiful at sunset.

DAY 2: History and Culture

Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park

  • Hours: Pyeonghoa Bell, Mangbaedan, Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park open year-round (other facilities vary)

Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park commemorates the painful history of Korea's division. Experience various exhibits and activities while enjoying a picnic on the vast lawn.

National Folk Museum of Korea, Paju
