Iconic Korean heavy metal band Black Hole, who has been releasing albums and holding concerts every year since their debut in 1989, will be hosting concerts on June 22 at 5 PM at MPOT Hall (Samick Musical Instruments Building, 3rd floor, 171 Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu) in Seoul, and on June 29 at KTNG Sangsangmadang in Busan.
Having sold out their concerts in Seoul, Suwon, Daegu, and Ulsan earlier this year, Black Hole continues to demonstrate their prowess as a "prestigious heavy metal band." Recently signing an exclusive contract with MKB, the band plans to elevate their activities further. As part of this plan, they will hold standalone concerts in Seoul and Busan at the end of the first half of 2024.
Seoul Concert (June 22)
- Setlist: Over 20 songs, including early hits like "Ballad of the Deep Night" and recent tracks like "Login."
- Special Guests: Vocalist Jung Hongil from the heavy metal band Barkhouse, who gained popularity on "Sing Again," and the irreplaceable female heavy metal band White, who will handle the opening performance after 30 years.
Busan Concert (June 29)
- Setlist: Newly arranged performance of "Prelude" from their 4th album, "Give Me Water" by respected Busan musician Han Daesu, "Ride the Wind" from their 5th album, "Life" from their 8th album, and "AI" from their 9th album.
- Special Guests: Traditional bands G-Class and Mindcore, representing the rock and metal bands of Busan and Gyeongnam, will provide the original heavy metal sound of the region.
