SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Wonwoo have released the prologue film for their first single album, "THIS MAN." The film, titled "Have you ever seen THIS MAN?," was unveiled on June 7, sparking curiosity with its cinematic storyline.

Mysterious Storyline

The 2-minute film starts with the caption, "THIS IS THE STORY OF A MAN WHO TURNS INTO A NIGHTMARE, AND ANOTHER MAN WHO LIVES IN FEAR OF BEING FORGOTTEN." It depicts a chaotic city where people suddenly fall asleep in public places like streets, airports, and restrooms. A news report within the film discusses a rise in drowsy driving accidents and a spread of collective lucid dreaming, adding to the eerie atmosphere.

Cinematic Highlights

Jeonghan is shown casting a mysterious aura, putting the city to sleep with a snap of his fingers. Wonwoo appears, heightening the suspense as he searches for the sleeping individuals. The film ends with Wonwoo searching for Jeonghan, who seems to dissolve into sand, leaving viewers intrigued.

Album Inspiration

"THIS MAN" is inspired by an urban legend about a man seen in dreams worldwide. Jeonghan and Wonwoo have reimagined this legend into a unique narrative for their album. Previous promotional content set in realistic urban settings has already excited fans.

Release and Performance

The "THIS MAN" single will be released on June 17 at 6 PM. SEVENTEEN will perform at the "2024 Weverse Con Festival" on June 16 at Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon, giving fans a chance to see them live just before the album launch.
