On April 5, the iconic Robotland theme park in Masan, Gyeongnam, will finally reopen its doors after a long hiatus. This is more than just a reopening, it's the beginning of an ambitious transformation of Robotland to offer visitors a whole new experience.
Fun with new characters
To celebrate the reopening, Robotland is introducing three new characters, including Loota, Lilly, and the adorable robot cat, Robomo. As the new faces of Robotland, they will be interacting with guests in a variety of ways, including photo ops and merchandise sales in the gift shop.
The introduction of the Loony Train, a circular train
To make it even easier for visitors to explore the theme park, Robotland has introduced a new circular train, the Lowry Train, which is accessible to all visitors, not just the elderly and disabled, and will allow them to see the various attractions of the theme park in comfort.
'Bom Bom Festival' with musical and fireworks shows
Kicking off with the reopening, the "Bom Bom Festival" is one of the main events that will mark the start of spring in Robotland. Family musicals, a robotic art parade, and other performances will take place every Friday, weekend, and holiday. In addition, a musical performance to celebrate the reopening will be held on the afternoon of April 6, and a fireworks show will light up the night sky over Robotland.
