Organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Future Han River Headquarters, the festival serves as an urban retreat that satisfies all senses. Decorated with new content every Sunday, this festival will be a venue for citizens to experience the peak of spring and summer.

- Weekly Special Programs: Each week features a different themed program, offering a unique escape from everyday life.
- Diverse Side Events: Silent DJing, flea markets, farmers' markets, and food trucks are prepared, allowing participants to enjoy a feast of culture and flavors simultaneously.
