The first beta test of Crafton's new mobile game, Dark and Darker Mobile, is now available. The game is being developed at creative studio Blue Hole Studios and will run for five days in Korea from the 24th to the 28th of next month. Those interested in participating can sign up on a first-come, first-served basis starting next Thursday, the 4th of next month, and can do so on Android-based mobile devices.
Crafton is aiming for a successful global launch of 'Dark and Darker Mobile' and plans to gather diverse opinions from users through this beta test. Official community channels such as the game's official website, YouTube, Discord, and Naver Game Lounge will also be launched to provide a variety of news and information.
'Dark and Darker Mobile' is an Extraction Role Playing Game (RPG), combining the 'survival' of a battle royale, the 'exploration' of a dungeon crawler, and various elements of an RPG. Crafton aims to stay ahead of the Extraction RPG genre market based on its experience in the global mobile gaming market.
In this beta test announcement video, we get a glimpse of some of the gameplay through the use of the Dark and Darker Mobile's iconic torch to light up a dark dungeon and scenes of five classes of characters in combat. An event is also underway in which users can leave feedback on the YouTube video and be entered into a drawing to win various rewards.
