To celebrate Children's Day, Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do is hosting the Dinosaur Daejeon Festival, a colorful and exciting event for families. The three-day festival, which runs from May 4 to 6, will be held on the lawn of the Haenam Dinosaur Museum and will be filled with various children's performances and family-friendly programs.
Under the theme "Haenam! Dinosaurs are alive," the festival will feature performances that will captivate children's eyes and hearts, including bubble dance, magic shows, and magic shows. In the evening, a beautiful fireworks show will light up the night sky with performances by famous singers, and the day will end with a concert for the whole family.
This year, the park will be open at night, offering free rides at the Dinosaur Playground, including a 25-meter zipline, inflatables, a railroad train, pedal boats, and more. There will also be plenty of activities for the whole family, including a dinosaur train ride, a dinosaur footprint expedition, and a dinosaur family workout.
In addition to the various events and performances held to celebrate Children's Day, there will be a national children's dinosaur drawing contest and commemorative performances to make the day even more special.
