K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN has ascended to the summit of Japan's Oricon Daily Album Ranking with their latest release, the best album "17 IS RIGHT HERE". The album, released on April 30, saw impressive sales of 255,797 copies on its first day, securing the group's position at the top of the Oricon chart.
"17 IS RIGHT HERE" also clinched the number one spot on other major Japanese music platforms. The album led the Line Music Album Top 100 and Apple Music's Top Album Chart comprehensively. Its lead single, "MAESTRO", dominated Japan's iTunes K-pop chart and even took the top position on YouTube's Trending Videos in Japan, further solidifying SEVENTEEN's popularity in the country.
"MAESTRO" has also seen success on domestic charts, reaching high rankings on Melon, Genie Music, Bugs, and Vibe. Additionally, unit tracks such as "LALALI", "Spell", and "Youth Anthem" have made it to Melon's Top 100 and other significant charts.
"17 IS RIGHT HERE" is a comprehensive collection that encapsulates SEVENTEEN's past, present, and future. The album contains four new tracks, including the title track, unit songs, and 28 of SEVENTEEN's previous title tracks, along with an instrumental version of "Adore U", making a total of 33 tracks.
SEVENTEEN is set to continue their "SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN" with performances on May 18-19 at Osaka's Yanma Stadium Nagai, and May 25-26 at Kanagawa's Nissan Stadium.
